4 whole wheat pita pockets

2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 medium cucumber, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1 teaspoon garlic powder or fresh minced garlic

Prep the Avocado: In a medium bowl, mash the avocados using a fork until smooth but still slightly chunky. Stir in the lemon juice, garlic (if using), salt, and pepper. Set aside.

    Mix the Veggies: In another bowl, combine the diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, red onion, and chopped parsley. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently to coat.
