8 slices of thinly sliced smoked ham

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper (any color)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried dill (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, dill (if using), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well until fully combined and smooth.
