Ingredients

4 large whole wheat tortillas

8 oz deli sliced turkey breast

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup baby spinach leaves

1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced

1 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (red or yellow for color)

1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: toothpicks for securing sliders

Instructions

Prepare the Tortillas: Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean cutting board or countertop. Use a rolling pin to gently flatten them, if necessary.

Spread Cream Cheese: Evenly spread a thin layer of softened cream cheese over each tortilla, leaving about half an inch of space around the edges.

      Layer Ingredients:

        - Start layering the deli sliced turkey breast over the cream cheese.

          - Add a handful of baby spinach leaves on top of the turkey.

            - Lay down slices of cucumber, followed by shredded carrots and bell pepper slices.

              - Drizzle a little ranch dressing over the top for extra flavor (if using), and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Roll It Up: Carefully roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other. Try to keep the filling in as you go. Once rolled, press the seam to seal.

Slice into Sliders: Using a sharp knife, cut each rolled tortilla into 1.5-inch segments, creating sliders. Secure each slider with a toothpick if desired, or simply place them seam-side down on a platter.

Serve: Arrange the sliders on a serving platter. You can serve them immediately or wrap them tightly in foil and store them in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours for easy grab-and-go lunches.
