Ingredients
  

4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

8 ounces burrata cheese

4 cups arugula (or mixed greens)

¼ cup toasted almond slices

¼ cup balsamic reduction

2 tablespoons honey

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

    Prepare Peaches: In a mixing bowl, toss the peach halves with olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper until well coated.

      Grill Peaches: Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes until they have nice grill marks and are tender.

        Arrange Salad: In a large serving platter, spread out the arugula. Tear the burrata and place it in dollops over the greens.

          Add Grilled Peaches: Once the peaches are done grilling, carefully remove them and place them on top of the arugula and burrata.

            Add Toppings: Sprinkle the toasted almond slices over the salad. Drizzle with balsamic reduction and honey.
