Ingredients

1 ripe avocado

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain)

1/4 cup buttermilk

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried dill

1 teaspoon dried parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: dash of cayenne pepper for heat

Instructions

Start by cutting the ripe avocado in half, removing the pit, and scooping the flesh into a blender or food processor.

Add the Greek yogurt, buttermilk, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar to the blender with the avocado.

Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, dried parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Blend everything on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides to ensure all ingredients are well combined.

Taste the dressing, then adjust the seasoning with additional salt, pepper, or cayenne if you prefer some heat.

If the dressing is too thick, add a little more buttermilk, a tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.

Transfer the dressing to a jar or airtight container, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
