8 oz penne pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, diced

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the penne pasta until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

      Sauté Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until translucent and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.

        Add Chicken and Greens: Stir in the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, and halved cherry tomatoes. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, just until the spinach wilts.

          Make the Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream, and add the Parmesan cheese, dried basil, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine and let simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
