Ingredients

3 ripe bananas

1 cup Biscoff spread

1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla flavor recommended)

1 cup crushed Biscoff cookies

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Wooden popsicle sticks

Parchment paper

Instructions

Prepare the Bananas: Peel the ripe bananas and cut them in half crosswise. Insert a popsicle stick into the cut end of each banana half, making sure it goes in securely. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Make the Coating: In a mixing bowl, combine the Biscoff spread, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until fully combined and smooth.

Coat the Bananas: Take each banana pop and dip it into the Biscoff-yogurt mixture, covering all sides thoroughly. Allow any excess mixture to drip off, then roll the coated banana in the crushed Biscoff cookies to create a crunchy layer.

Freeze the Pops: Place the coated banana pops back on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Once all pops are coated and rolled in the cookie crumbs, transfer the baking sheet to the freezer.

Chill and Serve: Freeze the banana pops for at least 3 hours or until completely firm. When ready to enjoy, remove them from the freezer and let sit for a few minutes for easier biting. Serve immediately and savor the deliciousness!
