Ingredients

3 cups of chocolate rice cereal (like Cocoa Puff or chocolate Cheerios)

1 cup of mini marshmallows

1 cup of graham cracker crumbs

1 cup of milk chocolate chips

½ cup of creamy peanut butter

2 tablespoons of honey

½ teaspoon of vanilla extract

A sprinkle of sea salt (optional)

Additional mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs for topping

Instructions

Prepare Your Pan: Line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.

Make the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate rice cereal, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs. Stir gently to mix without crushing the cereal.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.

Combine Mixes: Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the dry cereal mixture and stir quickly to coat all the pieces evenly. Ensure every piece is well coated.

Transfer to the Dish: Spoon the cereal mixture into the prepared baking dish, pressing it down firmly to form an even layer. Sprinkle extra mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs on top, and a light sprinkle of sea salt if desired.

Freeze: Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until firm enough to cut into bars.

Cut and Serve: Once fully frozen, remove the mixture from the baking dish using the parchment overhang. Cut into bars or clusters of your desired size and enjoy them straight from the freezer!
