Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup granola (optional, for added crunch)

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until fully blended and smooth.

Prep the Berries: Rinse the mixed berries under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. If using strawberries, chop them into smaller pieces to match the size of the other berries.

Mix the Berries: Gently fold the mixed berries into the yogurt mixture, ensuring that all the fruit is well-coated.

Create Clusters: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon or a small ice cream scoop, drop clusters of the yogurt-berry mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, making sure to leave some space between each cluster.

Add Granola (Optional): If you want an extra crunch, sprinkle granola on top of each cluster while the mixture is still soft.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, or until the clusters are completely frozen.

Store & Enjoy: Once frozen, carefully remove the clusters from the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy your delicious Frozen Yogurt Berry Clusters anytime you crave a cool treat!
