Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)

2 cups rolled cinnamon roll dough (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup powdered sugar (for drizzling)

2 tablespoons milk (for drizzling)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base:

    - In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

      Add Optional Mix-Ins:

        - If using, fold in the mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts into the yogurt mixture.

          Make Cinnamon Rolls:

            - Roll out the cinnamon roll dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into smaller squares or strips, roughly 1 inch each.

              Combine and Shape:

                - Take a small piece of the cut dough, and place a dollop of the yogurt mixture in the center. Gently fold the dough around the yogurt, forming a cluster shape. Repeat the process with the remaining dough and yogurt mixture.

                  Arrange in Freezer Container:

                    - Place the cinnamon roll clusters in a single layer in a freezer-safe container or lined parchment paper tray, leaving some space between them to allow for freezing expansion.

                      Freeze:

                        - Cover the container with a lid or foil and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the clusters are solid.

                          Prepare the Drizzle:

                            - In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons of milk until you get a smooth and thick drizzle. Adjust with more milk or sugar for desired consistency.

                              Serve:

                                - Remove the frozen yogurt clusters from the freezer and let sit for 5 minutes at room temperature to soften slightly. Drizzle with the sweet glaze and serve immediately.
