Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup granola (your favorite mix)

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

A pinch of sea salt

Mini muffin tins or silicone molds

Instructions

Combine Base Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Add Crunchies: Fold in the granola and mini chocolate chips (if using) until evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.

Prepare Molds: Lightly grease the mini muffin tins or silicone molds with non-stick spray to prevent the bites from sticking.

Fill Molds: Spoon the yogurt mixture into the prepared molds, filling each one almost to the top. Smooth out the tops with a spatula or the back of a spoon.

Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until they are solid.

Unmold and Serve: Once frozen, gently pop the yogurt bites out of the molds. Serve immediately for a refreshing snack or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.

Optional Serving Suggestion: Drizzle with additional peanut butter or a sprinkle of granola on top before serving for added texture and flavor.
