1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cups vanilla or chocolate frozen yogurt

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1/4 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)

Optional: crushed graham crackers and chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions
 

Prep the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and granulated sugar. Pour in the melted butter and mix until the mixture resembles wet sand.

    Form the Cups: Divide the mixture evenly among 6 muffin cups (or silicone baking cups) and press it down firmly to form a crust on the bottom and up the sides. Place the cups in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes to set.

      Prepare the Filling: Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, combine the frozen yogurt with the dark chocolate chips and milk. Stir until well mixed and creamy.

        Assemble the Cups: Remove the crusts from the freezer and fill each cup with the yogurt mixture, leveling it off at the top.
