1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of choice)

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free if desired)

Optional: a sprinkle of sea salt for topping

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, rolled oats, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sea salt. Stir until well blended.

      Blend Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, combine the almond butter, unsweetened applesauce, and vanilla extract. Mix them until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
