1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Tortilla chips or sliced vegetables for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Blend until creamy and smooth.

Add Chicken and Chiles: Stir in the shredded chicken and diced Hatch green chiles. Make sure they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Cheesy Goodness: Fold in the Monterey Jack cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese, along with the garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top to create a golden crust.

Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Ready to Serve: Remove the dip from the oven, let it cool slightly, and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced vegetables for dipping.
