1 pound chicken tenders

Juice of 1 lemon

Zest of 1 lemon

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For Garnish:

Extra fresh herbs (parsley or mint)

Prepare the Chicken:

    - In a large bowl, combine the chicken tenders, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.
