Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until fully combined.

Marinate the Salmon: Place the salmon cubes in a medium-sized bowl and pour the honey mustard marinade over them. Gently toss to coat the salmon evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Bake the Salmon Bites: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the marinated salmon bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Reserve some of the marinade for drizzling later. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Broil for Extra Glaze: For an extra glaze, switch the oven to the broil setting and broil the salmon bites for an additional 2-3 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.

Serve: Remove from the oven and drizzle the reserved marinade over the salmon bites. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Enjoy: Serve these delicious Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon Bites as a delightful appetizer or a main dish with your favorite sides!
