Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 small tomato, diced

1/2 cup pickles, diced

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mustard

12 mini taco cones (store-bought or homemade)

Cooking spray or oil for frying (if needed)

Instructions

Prepare the Ground Beef:

In a medium skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Use a spatula to break it apart. Cook until it’s browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

      Season the Beef:

To the browned beef, add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the spices are well integrated and fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.

          Assemble the Taco Cones:

If using store-bought mini taco cones, skip to the next step. If making homemade cones, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and shape tortillas around a cone mold or a rolled piece of aluminum foil. Bake them in the oven for 10-12 minutes until crispy. Let them cool slightly.

              Fill the Cones:

Take each mini taco cone and fill the bottom with a layer of seasoned ground beef. Add a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese on top.

                  Add Fresh Toppings:

Layer shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and pickles on top of the beef mix. Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the fillings for that classic cheeseburger flavor.

                      Serve:

Arrange the cones upright in a muffin tin or serve them in a decorative way on a platter. You can serve extra ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping.

                          Enjoy!

Dive into this fun twist on classic cheeseburgers and tacos, and enjoy the fantastic blend of flavors and textures in every crispy bite!
