2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped

1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

1/4 cup croutons, crushed (for added crunch)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Prepare the Chicken: If using leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken, shred or chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces. If you’re cooking fresh chicken, season it with salt and pepper, grill, or bake until cooked through, then let it cool before shredding.

    Mix the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped romaine lettuce, and halved cherry tomatoes. Stir until the ingredients are well coated. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

      Assemble the Wraps: Place a large tortilla on a clean surface or a plate. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center of the tortilla, leaving some space around the edges. Sprinkle crushed croutons over the filling for extra crunch.
