1 cup ricotta cheese

1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded (divided)

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 jar (about 24 oz) marinara sauce (preferably homemade or quality store-bought)

1 egg, beaten

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Prepare the Base: Begin by breaking the oven-ready lasagna noodles into thirds. This will create small pieces that fit perfectly in the cups.

    Make the Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

      Assemble the Cups: Take a muffin tin and lightly grease it. Place a piece of the broken lasagna noodle in the bottom of each cup to form the base.

        Layer the Ingredients:

          - Add a spoonful of marinara sauce over the noodle layer.

            - Follow with a spoonful of the cheese mixture.

              - Add another layer of the broken noodle pieces.

                - Repeat the layering: marinara sauce, cheese mixture, and finish with another layer of noodles.
