24 Oreo cookies, crushed (plus 6 for topping)

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped cream (homemade or store-bought)

1 cup chocolate chips (dark or milk chocolate for drizzling)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.

    Make the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Stir until well coated. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a firm layer. Place in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.

      Prepare the Filling: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract; continue mixing until fully blended.

        Fold in Whipped Cream: Gently fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain, creating a light and fluffy filling.
