No-Bake S’mores Cheesecake Jars

Ingredients
  

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup mini marshmallows

½ cup chocolate chips

4-6 tablespoons additional chocolate sauce, for drizzling

Extra graham cracker crumbs and mini marshmallows for topping

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust:

    In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix well until all crumbs are coated and moistened.

      Layer the Crust:

        Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the crust mixture into the bottom of each serving jar. Press down firmly to create an even base.

          Make the Cheesecake Filling:

            In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined and fluffy.

              Whip the Cream:

                In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture until fully incorporated.

                  Add the Chocolate and Marshmallows:

                    Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips into the cheesecake mixture to add delicious chunks of flavor.

                      Layer the Cheesecake:

                        Carefully spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust in each jar, filling them about ¾ full.

                          Top with Extra Ingredients:

                            Drizzle chocolate sauce over the cheesecake layer. Add a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs and a few mini marshmallows on top for the finishing touch.

                              Chill the Jars:
