1 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup milk

1 cup Greek yogurt (for spreading)

1 ½ cups mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, banana, etc.)

1 tablespoon honey (for drizzling)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-inch oven-safe skillet or a large baking dish.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

      Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir until well blended.

        Combine All Ingredients: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; some lumps are okay.

          Transfer to Skillet: Pour the batter into the prepared skillet, smoothing the top with a spatula.

            Bake: Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

              Cool Down: Remove the skillet from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
