Ingredients

4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed

1 lime, juiced

1-2 tablespoons agave syrup or honey (adjust to sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon chili powder (or to taste)

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)

Pinch of salt

Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Watermelon: Start by cubing the seedless watermelon and placing it into a blender.

Blend Ingredients: Add the lime juice, agave syrup, chili powder, cayenne (if using), and a pinch of salt to the blender. Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or spiciness if necessary.

Strain (Optional): For a smoother popsicle, strain the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl to remove any pulp.

Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the watermelon mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.

Insert Sticks: If your molds allow for it, insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.

Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully solid.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the pops from their molds by running warm water over the outside of the molds to loosen them up.

Garnish: If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving to add an extra touch of freshness.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 6 hours | Servings: 6 popsicles
