Sriracha Honey Chicken Pita Pizzas

2 large whole wheat pitas

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1/4 cup Sriracha sauce

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup bell pepper, diced (red or yellow for sweetness)

Fresh cilantro or green onions, for garnish

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken with the Sriracha sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.

      Assemble the Pita Pizzas: Place the whole wheat pitas on a baking sheet. Divide the Sriracha honey chicken mixture evenly between the two pitas. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the top of the chicken.

        Add Toppings: Scatter the thinly sliced red onion and diced bell pepper over the cheese.
