Ingredients

1 large flatbread or naan

2 ripe peaches, sliced

1 cup fresh arugula

1 cup goat cheese, crumbled

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or ½ teaspoon dried thyme)

Salt and pepper to taste

Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Flatbread: Place the flatbread or naan on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil evenly over the surface and lightly season with salt and pepper.

Layer Ingredients: Evenly distribute the sliced peaches over the flatbread, followed by the prosciutto slices. Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese and fresh thyme over the top.

Bake: Place the flatbread in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy and the cheese is slightly melted.

Add Arugula: Remove the flatbread from the oven. Top with fresh arugula, spreading it evenly over the warm flatbread.

Drizzle Balsamic Glaze: Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and, if desired, a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a touch of heat.

Slice and Serve: Slice into serving pieces and serve immediately. Enjoy the blend of sweet, salty, and zesty flavors!
